On December 27th, I was a guest on the Jennifer & Wendy Show on KTRS radio, 550 AM, in St. Louis, my hometown. I appeared to discuss my book BISIA & ISHAM: The Countess & The POW with hosts Wendy Wiese and Jennifer Blome.
Hear how I first came to write the story of my parents’ momentous meeting and marriage in war-torn Poland near the end of WW II.
Thank you, ladies, for our enjoyable conversation. All the best in 2023.

I thoroughly enjoyed your book, Bisia & Isham. I remembered a few of the stories as your Mother shared them with us when she taught us at both City House and Villa. I was blessed to have her in my life for 13 years. What an amazing woman! “In darkness, so many things seem brighter…”. Growing up, Mrs. Reavis was definitely a bright spot in my life during some very dark times. I will never forget her and remain eternally grateful for her love, kindness, guidance and caring. Merci Madame Reavis et que Dieu vous bénisse toujours!
Chris,
Thank you so much for sharing your memories. Mom was, indeed, an extraordinary person who had a big impact on many of her students. She was a Sacred Heart girl herself back in Poland, and carried that association close to heart throughout her life. She felt a deep responsibility to her students and had a love for educating. Bless your heart and have a wonderful 2023.

Excellent Toni;I,d think your book would be interesting to so many people Today as the Ukranian/Russian War rages on..Maybe you need a Media agent? Are you set for Boston/ ch 5/?
>
No word from Ch. 5 as yet. They may want to use their own crew, though, rather than a Ch. 4 transfer. I could probably have used a media agent throughout my career. Hope the book continues to resonate with the public. I do think it is well timed, given the situation in Ukraine. Sadly, the more things change, the more they stay the same. All the best in 2023, Will-ha.
